I'm a serial entrepreneur, keynote speaker, bestselling author, and co-founder of FlipWork, the AI transformation company I built because I believe the most powerful technology on planet earth is still the human being.
For 25 years I've worked at the intersection of people, technology, and transformation. I've helped leaders navigate change, build new capabilities, and reinvent the way they work. I've done this at global companies, from startup stages to Fortune 500 boardrooms, across four continents.
Today my focus is singular: helping leaders and organizations thrive in the AI age by amplifying human potential through the People² framework and the FlipWork 90-Day Reinvention Sprint.

MY STORY
It was a warm, sunny day in June 1997 when I stepped foot in America for the first time. As an immigrant from India, I had a heart full of hope and a suitcase filled with dreams.
Little did I know how many obstacles I'd have to overcome: adapting to a new society, learning new norms, building entirely new skills.
Every challenge helped me grow into my future self. But the hardest challenge was my struggle to fit in. I checked many boxes of diversity but felt like I was on the outside of every inner circle.
In my desperation to belong, I changed myself to fit into a box defined by others. The more I became like everyone else, the less of me there was to see.
My transformation began when I stopped trying to fit into someone else's world and started being myself, unapologetically.
That's what helped me stand up for myself, navigate my career successfully, and achieve my ambitions. I didn't just get a seat at the table, I built my own table.
When AI started reshaping the workforce faster than people could adapt, I saw the same thing I'd lived; smart, capable people suddenly feeling left behind through no fault of their own.
The rules had changed overnight and nobody gave them the playbook. So I built FlipWork, created the People² framework, and got back to work with the same mission on a new frontier.
And it all starts from the same place my story did: the belief that the right system at the right moment changes everything.
MY PURPOSE
I've spent 25 years watching what happens when people stop underestimating themselves. The results are extraordinary, every single time.
Now I'm watching something different: what happens when leaders stop underestimating what's possible when human judgment and agentic AI work together. The results are going to be even more extraordinary.
My purpose is to make sure as many leaders as possible are on the right side of that shift. That's why I write, speak, build, and show up every week in the Reinvention Roadmap newsletter.
The organizations that lead the next decade will be the ones that figured out how to stay deeply human while becoming exponentially capable.
